I continue to be available for real estate photography during the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. To protect both parties as best as possible from infection with the virus and the potentially deadly COVID-19 disease, the following conditions must be met:

• properties are fully ready for photos, meaning:
  • everything has been “de-cluttered” and cleaned up
    (ie. eliminate the necessity for me to re-arrange/fix things in the home)
  • all lights are on
  • toilet sets are closed
  • interior doors are open
• properties are vacant, empty, staged, or at least temporarily vacated for the duration of the photo session:
  • provide the key in a lockbox
  • take a walk during the photo shoot
• properties that are occupied can be photographed as long as…
  • everyone on-site wears a mask – no exceptions!
  • proper social distancing is maintained
